Registration Fees

The registration fee includes the full program of the MMT Symposium.

Payment

Payment of registration fees should be made through direct bank transfer to the following account:

Participants are required to send proof of the bank transfer along with the information for invoice generation (name, address, and VAT number) to mmtsymposium@dem.uminho.pt. Additionally, presenting authors must indicate their submission ID.

Additional Information

• To ensure inclusion in the program and abstract publication, presenting authors must have a paid registration no later than March 31, 2026.
• The registration fee only includes the publication and presentation of one accepted work. If multiple abstracts are accepted for the same registered author, an additional fee of 200€ will be charged per extra work.
• Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.
• Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 150€ if a request is received by May 24, 2026. After this date, no refund will be made.
